Mr. Mike Boulay -3- August 26, 2009 <br />5. DRMS: Exhibit 56 shows active and inactive NPDES Discharge Monitoring <br />Points. With removal of Ponds 1 and 2 at the UTL, these should be changed to inactive <br />NPDES Discharge Monitoring Points. Please update Exhibit 56 accordingly. Ultimately, <br />the Outfalls (009 & 010) associated with Ponds 1 and 2 should be terminated and the <br />NPDES Permit updated accordingly. <br />SCC: The enclosed Exhibit 56 has been revised to show monitoring points for <br />Ponds 1 and 2 as inactive.
