On behalf of Snowcap Coal Company, Inc., we are hereby requesting a one
month (31 day) extension for the proposed decision on Technical Revision No.
59. The proposed decision from DRMS was to be August 16, 2009, however,
Snowcap was waiting for information from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers prior
to responding to DRMS's adequacy letter dated July 6, 2009. This will make the
new proposed decision date September 16, 2009.
