The Division reviewed the RN5 application
package and sent an adequacy letter to TCC on January 16, 2009. TCC anticipates additional time necessary
to respond to the Division's concerns, and has requested the proposed decision date for RN5 be extended to
September, 30, 2009. The Division concurs with this request. The proposed decision date for RN5 has been
extended to September 30, 2009.
Sincerely,
Protection Specialist 11
ext. 8107
C://jhb/C82056/RN5/Extension 093009.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
