The purpose of the inspection will be to <br />evaluate reclamation at the site, for Phase 1 Bond Release. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be <br />notified prior to the inspection, so that you may attend the inspection.
