Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Spring Creek Pit, Revision Approval, Permit No. M-94-097, Revision No. <br />AM-001 <br />Dear Mr. Ripp: <br />On July 8, 1996 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the amendment <br />application submitted to the Division on April 19, 1996, addressing the <br />addition of 61.7 acres. The terms of the AM No. 001 approved by the Division <br />are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-94-097. All other conditions and <br />requirements of Permit No. M-94-097 remain in full force and effect. <br />The recalculation of the reclamation costs associated with this operation <br />indicate that the financial warranty should be $40,000.00, which is an <br />increase of $10,000.00. You may submit a rider to your present corporate <br />surety, or replace it with a new one.
