EXHIBIT S - Permanent Man-Made Structures
Weld County Road 37, a County-maintained graded gravel road extends north-south along the east property line of
the Pierce North site. Visual reconnaissance of the proposed gravel excavation and gravel processing areas revealed
no evidence of past or present structures, foundations or other man-made features, the site is currently dry land
farmed.
There are no other permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the Pierce North site.
