Additions to Weis Gravel Pit Lease Agreement. <br />1. Steps will be taken to insure the control of dust on the pit road and Phillips County roads for 300 feet directly <br />adjacent the Randy Weis farmstead, the DM Weis farmstead and the Dorothy Hubbard farmstead during the <br />hauling of material from this pit <br />2. The Lessor will retain access to all adjoining property to allow the grazing of livestock which may pass <br />through the permitted area for access to water. The Lessee will provide adequate fencing, gates and/or cattle <br />guards (2) to provide for their safe passage. <br />3. At the termination of this lease, in as much as can be done within the mine reclamation plan, a hollow will be <br />left in the bottom of the reclaimed pit to promote the collection of rain to provide a source of water for wildlife. <br />4. At the termination of this lease and the completion of the reclamation plan, Yuma County will arrange for the <br />planting of three rows of evergreen seedlings for wind rows along the northern and western boundaries of the <br />reclaimed pit area to provide for increased habitat for wildlife. <br />IT IS FURTHER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that this Lease Agreement shall be binding upon the <br />heirs, executors, administrators and assignees of the respective parties hereto. <br />Dated this / ay day of 2_W <br />LESSEE: LESSOR: <br /> <br />YUMA COUNTY, COLORADO
