Minor Revision #133 <br />Modifications to Permit <br />The following changes are requested for Permit #C-1981-18: <br />I <br />i <br />1. Relocate degas borehole LW138-2. (No change in liability) See Map 147. <br />1 <br />2. Add SC-xxxx holes related to recent fire event. These holes are for monitoring mine air <br />and to allow the injection of nitrogen or carbon dioxide to control spontaneous <br />combustion events. Add 19 holes, 18 drill pads (9.9 acres), 11,900 feet of roads (3.8 <br />acres). See attachedtable for completed hole diameters. Locations are shown on Map <br />147. Text was modified on page III-27. Table V-3 on page V-24 modified to show <br />additional disturbance acres. <br />3. Add above ground nitrogen pipeline to help prevent rekindling of fire event (minimal <br />surface disturbance). i Add 6900' of 3" rolled plastic pipe. Alignment shown on Map <br />147. Text was modified on page III-27. <br />i <br />4. Add nitrogen generating unit with compressors (skid mounted) to RDH-3 pad. No <br />increase liability. All equipment mobile skid mounted. This addition is shown on Map <br />155 and discussed on page III-27. <br />5. Add blowers for breathable air to RDH-2 and RDH-3 pads and generator at RDH-2 pad. <br />This addition is discussed in Section III.F on page III-35 and shown on Maps 154 and <br />155. Add concrete pads (4"thick) and enclosure buildings. <br />i <br />6. Remove Coherex tank and containment structure from RDH-2. Remove structures - <br />never constructed. Structure removed from Map 154. <br />7. Increase pad area for; B-Vent Shaft, SH-1 and SH-2 by a total of 0.45 acres. Changes <br />shown on Map 155. Table V-3 on page V-24 modified to show acreage change. <br />8. Increase concrete pad'size for hoist at B-Vent Shaft #2. Changes shown on Map 155. <br />9. Remove steel surface riser and add escape hoist head frame to B-Vent Shaft #2. Changes <br />shown on Map 155. <br />i <br />10. Realignment of power to B-Vent Shaft #2, SH-1, SH-2, and RDH-3. Reduce footage of <br />power lines from 3000 feet down to 2250 feet. Changes shown on Map 155 and <br />discussed on page III-34. <br />i
