Dear Robyn:
Enclosed are two copies of our revised report for the above referenced project. Any maps or
forms included in appendices which were not revised are not included here. Only those forms or
maps which required revisions are included with this revised report. Also enclosed are:
1) IF 5RT2695: A new form is included which should be inserted into Appendix F.
A sentence was inserted into line 11. Comments that reads "A few small patches
of decomposing concrete found in the area were believed to be associated with the
historic road:recorded as 5RT2749.1 located to the west and south of the isolated
find."
2) Site 5RT2699: A site form to be inserted into Appendix F is included.
Documentation for IF 5RT2699 was revised to change it from an isolated find to a
small prehistoric site. Because the site may retain integrity, MAC recommends
this site as needs data.
3) Site 5RT2749.1: A new site form to be inserted in Appendix F is included. A
sentence reading "A few, small patches of decomposing concrete found north of
the road in this same area are also likely related to the old road." was added to the
site description.
4) Appendix C, Map 1-a revised copy showing the change of 5RT2699 from an IF to
a site, which 'should be inserted into the original document, is enclosed. Appendix
C, Map 2 did not change and is not included.
