The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />1. Tamarisk was growing at the bottom of Basin IV. The presence of this DATE 9/11 /09 <br />noxious weed species requires the implementation of weed control methods pursuant to <br />Rule 3.1.10(6). <br />Corrective actions are to: <br />The Operator shall remove the tamarisk from the site. The noxious weeds shall be removed on <br />or before September 11, 2009 and proof of compliance must be submitted to the Division by <br />PB or PV: PR <br />TOPIC(S): RV <br />the same date. Proof of compliance may be in the form of a photograph.
