The Speer Inert Landfill is not open to the public and all loads brought in for placement <br />as fill must be pre-authorized by the ASCI Operations Manager. Both clean fill dirt and <br />inert materials (hardened asphalt, concrete, masonry, brick, rock, etc.) can be dumped <br />at the site, but the two types of materials must be separate. You will be directed <br />where to dump the two types of materials. Organic materials such as wood, tree <br />branches or any other type of vegetative matter are not allowed. <br />2. Material cannot be brought into the site on rainy or snowy days, where mud could get <br />tracked or carried onto Brighton Road. <br />3. All trucking coming into the site must use 120th Parkway to Brighton Road and proceed <br />north to the clearly marked entrance; trucking is not permitted on old 120th Ave. that <br />dissects the housing area directly east of Brighton Road. <br />4. Any trucking firm that does not have this form with them when asked to show it, will be <br />told to leave the site. <br />5. These form(s) are to be faxed or e-mailed back to the Operations Manager between the <br />20th and 251h of each month for billing at per cubic yard. Trailers will be billed <br />at 16 cubic yards per load and tandems will be billed at 10 cubic yards per load. <br />ASCI will not deviate from these requirements in any manner.
