The complete submittal includes: <br />• One unbound original application with signatures in blue ink, initialed, and notarized <br />and another copy of same. <br />• A check in the amount of $2,229.00 made out' to the Division to cover the cost of <br />amendment review. <br />• Proof of mailing on yesterday's date of Notices to the Adams County Commissioners <br />and the West Adams Conservation District by stamped receipts for Return Receipt <br />Certified letters. <br />• Affidavit of Adams County Clerk and Recorder that a copy of the application <br />submittal was placed for public inspection on yesterday's date at the Adams County <br />Clerk and Recorder's Office. <br />• Certificate of Posting showing that the property was posted on 08-19-09. <br />• Two bound copies of the submittal document. <br />Please inform as soon as possible if the submittal is considered complete and the 90-day <br />review period can start for review and approval of the amendment. Please, then, also inform <br />me of the ending date for the "comment period" so that I can begin publishing of the Notice <br />in the local newspaper and also send out Notices of the amendment to all property owners <br />within 200 ft. of the permit area. <br />Also, by submittal of this amendment to the Speer Mining Resource site for revision of the <br />reclamation plan from a lined water-storage reservoir to complete backfilling to grade with <br />clean fill dirt and other inert materials and the attached original affidavit signed by Dan Hunt <br />regarding the, inert fill for the site, all conditions of Board Order W-2009-015 have been <br />satisfied. <br />Thank you for your attention to these matters and for your timely review on our amendment. <br />Sinc , <br />Rob Laird.
