The access road was also moved slightly nearer to
the unnamed drainage to facilitate mining in the west area. The ranch building in the
west area was also moved to the lower terrace for the landowner.
(2) The entire east mining area was topsoiled, seeded and mulched in 2007. No new
areas have been seeded in 2009. See the Annual Report Map.
(3) Reclamation over the upcoming year will consist of backfilling and grading the
north and south slopes of the west mining area, followed by topsoiling of these areas.
The topsoil will be obtained from the stockpiles on the south and north sides of the
west mining area. Additionally small areas on the east side need to be reseeded. The
scale will be removed along with all other structures and the mine will be fully
reclaimed. Full reclamation may need to extend into the subsequent year after the
upcoming year.
(4) The current contact for this operation is:
Jason Burkey
B&B Excavating, Inc.
PO Box 4850
Eagle Colorado 81631
Phone # (970) 926-3311
Tax I.D. 84-0601382
Enclosed is a check for $791.00 for the annual fee.
Sincerely,
/X" 1'elo
Ryan Ellis
Greg Lewicki and Associates
cc: Jason Burkey
