The Mine Operator shall notify the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) ofa reportable spill within file mined land permit area using the same t:imeframe <br />requlmd by the permit; license,, notice, stahm, rule ormgulation governingthe reporting ofthe spill to the otherappropriate <br />agency. Notice ofa reportable spill shall be FAXed hr Minerals Program Supervisor, Division ofRcclarnation, Mining and <br />Safety, PAX (303) 832-8106.
