This report covers the time period from July 1, 2009 to September 30, <br />2009. The Impoundment Location Map details the location of each impoundment inspected <br />(Attachment A). Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports document water level, sediment level, <br />outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection (Attachment B). <br />The inspections were performed on August 10, 2009 by Field Inspector Troy Summers. The <br />Pond Inspection Reports have been certified by Colorado Registered Professional Engineer Doyl Fritz. <br />All structures were functioning as designed at inspection. <br />As described on the 2009 Maintenance List, a small slump east of Moffat Pond was regraded and <br />rocked and pipes extending from the ground in the SL-10 area were removed/cut (Attachment <br />C).
