Expansion <br />Request for Extension of Proposed Decision <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />On August 19, 2009, the Division received a letter from Twentymile Coal Company, via e-mail, <br />requesting an extension of the proposed decision date for TR67. The Division sent Twentymile Coal <br />Company (TCC) an adequacy letter on August 6, 2009. TCC has requested that the Division postpone its <br />decision date until September 30, 2009 to allow TCC to respond to the requested adequacy concerns.
