11. Comments:
We have finished mining the French Property and have reclaimed it including sloping, topsoiling and
seeding We are awaiting sustainable vegetation before requesting a partial release. We have backfilled
and sloped a few acres along the southwestern active mining area in the Lohmann property. We
continued mining in the same area in the Lohmann property as shown on last year's report. We will
continue in a northerly direction in the upcoming year and estimate mining 5 acres dependent on market
conditions The settling ponds and the processing plants have not changed. See the site map for areas.
