Bromley Lakes Adequacy Review Response <br />August 19, 2009 <br />Listed below are the Divisions Adequacy Review comments for the Bromley Lakes Pit 112 <br />Permit Amendment 02 Application, (DRM&S File No.M-1987-049), and the Applicant's <br />responses to those comments. <br />DRM&S Adequacy Review Comments and Applicant's Responses as follows: <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C-Pre Mining and Mining Plan Map(s) ofAffected Lands <br />1. "Pursuant to Rule 62.1(2) (b), each of these maps must be signed by the registered <br />land surveyor, professional engineer or qualified person who prepared them... " <br />Applicant's Response: <br />See attached revised drawings. <br />2. "On Exhibit C (c, d) the "Topography and affected Land" map, the elevation labels on <br />the contour lines are too small to read and the contour interval is not defined on the <br />map... " <br />Applicant's Response: <br />See attached revised Exhibit C. <br />3. "On Exhibit C (c, d) the "Topography and affected Land" map, please label and <br />delineate Third Creep " <br />Applicant's Response: <br />See attached revised Exhibit C. <br />4. "There are many permanent man-made structures that appear to be contained in the <br />area of affected land and within 200 feet of the affected land. For each of these <br />structures please show what type of a structure it is and the owner's name of the <br />structure. "
