The Board of Adjustment shall have the power to conduct, <br />after notice, any public hearings necessary concerning the <br />mining operation and its compliance with the conditions and <br />restrictions of the resolution granting this special <br />exception. Such hearing may be conducted at the request of <br />the operator or the initiation of the Board of Adjustment. <br />31. The Board recognizes that at some time <br />applicant may want to install an aspha <br />plant adjacent to the access road. At <br />applicant shall be required to file an <br />resolution to operate the plant if the <br />M-C zoned land. <br />in the future, the <br />Lt or concrete batch <br />that time, the <br />amendment to this <br />plant site is on the <br />32.
