Additional Insured, and agrees to pay worker's comp.

Roads:
Bestway agrees to maintain the haul road and add gravel and road base as needed.
Bestway will water haul road as needed to control dust. Dust control water will be
lagged and paid for unless otherwise agreed.

other maul roads including Smart Reservoir haul road.

Companies, such as Cattle operation, in the rare event of a necessity-arising. Smart
Reservoir or The Church Ranch Companies will promptly pay the Bestwi6 invoice for, the
water trucking costs at the rate of $55.00 per hour.
