All <br /> review and comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate <br /> from this date of filing. <br /> Honeywood Coal Company proposes to continue Surface coal mining and/or reclamation operations on land <br /> located approximately 3 miles southeast of Naturita,Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> Portions of Section 33,T46N,R15W,NMPM. <br /> The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Naturita. <br /> Honeywood Coal Company has submitted an application for renewal of a valid existing permit to conduct mining <br /> and or reclamation activities in the State of Colorado. <br /> A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the Montrose County Courthouse, Box <br /> 1289,Montrose, CO 81402, and at the Division office.
