The following items require consideration and/or additional input for the Division to complete the review <br /> of the permit renewal: <br /> 1. Since the landowner has requested the retention of the lower pond for use as a stock pond at the conclusion of <br /> mining, and as you are familiar with the necessary procedures for complying with Rule 4.05.9,please submit <br /> the necessary paperwork to achieve this purpose. <br /> 2. Please insure that the Identification of Interest's section is updated to include all changes in the corporate <br /> structure and include dates of starting and or termination of any position. <br /> 3.
