This links Samuel Francis to these violations. The <br /> violations are outstanding. <br /> The 9 State Cessation Orders on Kentucky permits owned by Pyramid Mining are <br /> outstanding. Linking officer is Samuel Francis. <br /> All the Pennsylvania permits that have AML violations are linked to John Rich, Sr., who is a <br /> shareholder of the three Permittees: Gilberton Coal, Reading Anthracite, and B D Mining <br /> Co. <br /> Samuel Francis owns Canyon Coals of Colorado, Inc <br /> John Rich, Sr. owns Spottswood Coal Co, Inc <br /> These two own and operator Honeywood Coal Company <br /> 1) Honeywood Coal Company has been given a Deny by the Division office after an AVS <br /> evaluation which shows current AML violations for the Pennsylvania permits dated 6/30/01, <br /> the outstanding Kentucky State Cessation Orders, and the three outstanding bond forfeitures <br /> in Indiana.
