• Maps: The attached maps show the release areas being applied for. Map R-1 shows <br />Phase 2 areas and Map R-2 shows Phase 3 areas. <br />Dates Reclamation Work Performed: WFC began mining at New Horizon #2 in 1993. <br />Reclamation work in Phase 3 area was begun roughly 9 years prior to the date of the <br />study in 2007. Phase 2 areas were reclaimed starting in 2000. <br />Description of Bond Release Amount: A bond reduction is to be calculated by the <br />DRMS based on revegetation success in Phase 2 and Phase 3 areas. The enclosed Maps <br />R-1 and R-2 describe each of the reclaimed area acreages and the dates they were <br />reclaimed. <br />In accordance with the recently approved TR-57, revegetation of bond release areas is <br />now compared to agreed upon reference areas. These areas can be seen in the 1310-Logic <br />reports in Appendix B. <br />• <br />?J <br />8
