A description of each section follows. Section 1.0 reports 2007 reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed. Section 2.0 is reserved for future use. Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstruction efforts 1987-2007. It consists of a narrative segment describing our reconstruction methods and results and reference maps showing the locations of our drainage reconstruction efforts minewide. In 2007, new drainage reconstruction had been performed in Oak and East Pyeatt drainage. Section 4.0 is reserved for future use. Section 5.0 addresses topsoil stockpiles constructed in 2007 and proposed 2008 topsoil stockpile locations. Table 5-1 describes topsoil stockpile locations, size and approximate volumes. Additionally, Map 1 has been updated to show all existing topsoil stockpiles minewide with appropriate identification numbers. Section 6.0 is the stock tank and dozer basin section. Map 1 contains stock tank and dozer basin locations. Section 7.0 is titled Miscellaneous and contains reports required by CDRMS. Section 7.1 discusses vegetation monitoring on Trapper's reclaimed areas. Section 7.2 discusses grazing of reclaimed areas. Section 7.3 summarizes the proposed 2008 seed mixes as approved with TR-74.
