Box 670, Hayden, Colorado 81639, is <br />requesting partial release of Phase I bond liability on a portion of the total 4,093.0 acres within the permit boundary at <br />the Seneca II-W Mine (CDRMS Permit No. C-82-057, appmved December 31, 1985). <br />subleases and easements. The permitted disturbed area contains 1,381.5 acres <br />of which 1,284.9 acres are within the mine area and the remaining 96.6 acres are associated with the Tie-Across Haul <br />T5N.
