Public Notice <br />Carnation Mine <br />Denison Mines (USA) Corp.; 1050 Seventeenth Street, Suite 950, Denver, Colorado 80265, (303) <br />628-7798, has filed an amendment application for a Limited Impact 110(d) Designated <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the <br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act. The mine, known as the Carnation Mine, permit number M- <br />1977-416, is located at or near Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 18 West, New Mexico <br />Principal Meridian, San Miguel County, Colorado <br />This is an existing permitted facility with no changes to the original application, and the proposed <br />date of completion is September 2029. This amendment application is to incorporate and <br />Environmental Protection Plan to the permit. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland <br />and recreation. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567, or at the San Miguel County Clerk and Recorder's office; 305 W. Colorado <br />Avenue, Telluride, Colorado 81435, or the above-named applicant. <br />A complete copy of the application is available at the above-named County Clerk and Recorder's <br />office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety by 4:00 p.m. on July 6, 2009.
