("Denison") is pleased to provide the enclosed correspondence information <br />regarding notices for the Environmental Protection Plan and 112d Application provided to the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety on June 5, 2009, for the Sunday Mine. <br />Denison provided public notice to the Norwood Post that was published for 4 consecutive weeks, beginning on <br />June 24, 2009 pursuant to rule 1.62(1)(d). The affidavit of publication is enclosed. <br />By a letter dated June 26, 2009, Denison Notified the Bureau Of Land Management as the owner of Record for <br />both surface and mineral rights as well as the owner of the same within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected <br />properties pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(f). The copy of public notice was also sent to the land and mineral owner, <br />correspondence and tracking information are enclosed. <br />On June 26`h, 2009, Denison sent formal Notification to the San Miguel County Commissioners, as well as the <br />San Miguel Basin Soil Conservation District, pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(a), correspondence and tracking are <br />enclosed.
