With
respect to the Minor Revision they say they will submit: we should probably include a deadline for submittal as a
stipulation to TR-76.
Marcia
Marcia L. The outstanding questions dealt with the road reclamation and
topsoil replacement. I think they have adequately addressed these concerns. The reclamation is discussed on page
4.03-1 in the third paragraph (end) under Rule 4.03.1 and the topsoil replacement is discussed on page ST/LW Rule 2,
page 99 in the third paragraph (about the middle). Colowyo will field place the topsoil piles then submit the map with
their locations once complete (to get an accurate map location). Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
James R.
