was deemed complete for the purpose of
filing.' All review and comment periods -
as provided in the Act and Regulations
promulgated thereunder initiate from this
day of filing. .
The permit areacontains some 9.210 acr-
es of federal coal lease and 11,789 acres
of surface area. These areas are. situated
in T2N, R101W and T3N, R101W,- 6th,
P.M. in Rio' Blanco County about': 10 miles
east of the Town of Rangely. It includes
lands containing almost all of RBC Road
65, eastern part of RBC Road 96, and
western portions of RBC Road 78. The
Deserado Mine Permit area ties within
USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps enti-
tled "Rangely NE" and 'Cactus Reservoir".
A copy of the permit revision application
is available for public inspection at the
Town Clerk's office, Town Hall in Range-
ly. Written comments, objections, re-
quests for informal conference; or re-
quests for a public hearing held in the lo-
cality of the proposed' mining operation
for the purpose of determining whether

of the Rio Blanco Herald Times, formerly known as The
Meeker Herald and The Rangely Times weekly
newspapers; that the same is a weekly newspaper
published in the County of Rio Blanco, State of Colorado,
