This revision includes a change in a n <br />business name only. The Edna Mine is located 4 mil es <br />northwest of Oak Creek, Colorado. The USGS 7.5 minute, <br />quadrangle maps Oak Creek, Colorado, Cow Creek, ,,, r, ¦ N <br />Colorado, and Rattlesnake Butte, Colorado all west of 6th <br />EM., contain the permit area affected by this technical <br />revision. A description of the precise boundary of the pen-nit <br />area is found in Exhibit 1.0 1A of the Permit Application <br />Package, and is included herein by reference. Landowners <br />9f record within the permit area are: Chevron USA Inic., Charter Oak/Coloroutt Coal Co., Philip <br />Wisecup, BLM Little Snake River Resource Area, Maneotis Sheep Company, Nick A.
