It looks good <br />and per the attached observation report Stan Whinnery anticipates getting the remainder of the lime <br />for the backfill this week and completing the installation by July 1st so the State should plan a visit <br />really soon if they also want to observe the installation. I have copied Bob Oswald with the State so <br />he will know the schedule, if there is anyone else who should be copied please let me know. I will <br />ask Stan for a letter confirming his schedule. Call if any questions.
