Yes No Indeterminate X <br />If Yes, describe permit and nature of the violation: <br />GENERAL INSPECTION OBSERVATIONS AND COMMENTS: <br />Nothing has changed since last inspection The lack of adequate portal closure/gate still provides an attractive <br />nuisance to the general public as the location is adjacent to a popular camping/recreating are along the Alpine Loop. <br />Water flowing (approx. 5 gal/min) from the adit drains into the existing waste pile not along a drainage to the <br />settling ponds as identified in the POO Approved access route not drivable for ore trucks and personnel No <br />evidence of any mining activity as identified in the approved POO "Posted- Private Prope " sign still present at <br />portal, which is located on public lands Damaged BLM barricade still not repaired as of this date <br />RECOMMENDED CHANGES TO OPERATIONS: <br />(a)(3). <br />Describe any corrective actions that must take place immediately (including onsite instructions to operator): <br />Adit needs to be securely closed innnediately to prevent unauthorized entry and possible injury or death <br />Immediate removal of private property sign from BLM lands- cannot post public lands as private _property Repair <br />damage to BLM wooden barricade that was damaged by operator or designated agent of the operator. Use only <br />authorized access to the mine site.
