MANAGEMENT
The DRMS' letter dated August 6, 2009 transmitted its adequacy review for the
referenced minor revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), following are its
responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns.
1. The DRMS' $7,249 reclamation estimate is acceptable.
2. MSHA approval is not required to pump nitrogen into the mine.
3. Amended page 2.05-5 provides a narrative of the intended use of nitrogen in
the mine.
4. During a test run of the compressors and nitrogen generator, noise levels
were measured at 57.5 dba approximately 25-feet from the machinery. The
nitrogen generator will run intermittently as required to supply necessary
nitrogen to the mine.
Amended page 2.05-5 is enclosed.
Sincerely,
L?ttover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
Cc: Bill Bear, USDA-FS
