All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of f ling. The proposed revision will incorporate a soil loss demonstration into the permit which demor~trates that the revegetated area will contribute fewer suspended solids in runoff that will untreated drainage from undisturbed areas. The surface coal mining operation i5 on land looted approximately ~ miles Southeast of Naturita, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Township 4G North, Ran e~ est, N.M,P,M. The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed carrYplete.
