EXHIBIT S <br />(Permanent Man-made Structures) <br />The permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area are shown on <br />Exhibit C-1 (Pre-Mining Map) and they are listed specifically on page #1 of Exhibit D: <br />Man-Made Improvements: <br />The man-made improvements that may have a "defined, current and recognizable value <br />of an economic nature" on, or within200 feet of the affected area are:. <br />BLM = a two track road crossing the affected area (east and west) that is <br />commonly used by antelope hunters and livestock permittees (among others). <br />Moffat County may temporarily detour the travel on this road, if necessary. <br />The Moffat County Road Department manages County roads No. 21 and 26, <br />including improvements within 200 feet of the affected area: <br />Roads, drainage structures, signs and fence improvements (see Exhibits A-2 & B). <br />EXHIBIT S <br />(Permanent Man Made Structures)
