Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Enclosed you will find the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision Package, for <br />Transfer of Permit No. 3 at the Bowie No. 2 Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day <br />public comment period for the Division's decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed decision <br />will be published in the Delta County Independent as soon as possible. <br />Stipulations, if any are imposed, are included on the enclosed riders to the permit. If stipulations are <br />imposed, an authorized representative of Bowie Resources, LLC must sign and return one rider to the <br />Division.
