F. New Roads:
Well maintained gravel roads and driveways crosscut most of the proposed NOI
area. The majority of the area of interest can be easily traveled with out the
constructing roads but rather wearing "two track" roads which can easily be
reseeded. Historic tracks will be utilized in areas of steeper terrain.
