Aggregate Div, whose address and <br />telephone number are 9075 WCR 10 , Ft. Lupton, CO 80621; (303) 857-1754, submitted a request for financial <br />warranty reduction for the NCCI Pit #1, Permit No. M-2001-107. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 24, Township 2N, Range 67W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
