On December 19, 2002, this Court, in the above numbered and styled cause, rendered <br />judgment in favor of Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were awarded their costs, attorney fees, and <br />expert witness fees This Court ordered that the Judgment entered therein shall earn pre- <br />judgment interest from the date of filing the complaint, and post judgment interest as <br />provided by law, j <br />i <br />i <br />2. The amounts of the attorneys fees awarded, pre and post judgment interest, and expert <br />fees were not quantified by the Trial Court. The case was appealed by Defendant, Basin <br />Resources, Inc. (hereinafter, "Defendant") and the Trial Court deferred quantification of <br />the other damages pending appeal. The Colorado Supreme Court denied Defendant's <br />Petition for Writ of Certiorari on August 28, 2006. <br />3. Defendant has paid!no part of this judgment nor posted supersedeas bond.
