Basin does not dispute all of the statements made in Plaintiffs' Status Report, but <br />finds it necessary to correct the record on certain points. Basin denies Plaintiffs' <br />allegation that Basin "has attempted to sell or transfer all of its assets to North <br />Central Energy Company" and also denies Plaintiffs' allegation that it is engaging <br />in "evasive tactics." <br />2.
