Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />tl <br />SUBJECT: Your letter entitled "Proposed Mining Operation in Fairplay" <br />Dear Mr. Zaruba: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety (Division) thanks you for your letter <br />dated June 15, 2009 stating your concerns regarding the proposed mining operation near the <br />town of Fairplay. <br />The Division appreciates your concerns, but be advised that your correspondence was received <br />before the mining application was filed and therefore cannot be included in the official public <br />record. <br />In order to attain party status as an official objector, you must resubmit your comments in <br />writing after the application has been designated as complete and filed and before the end of the <br />official public comment period.
