III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE
Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made

This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of
Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division). All that remains within the small permit area are
the 1.2 acres at the NW-1 ventilation shaft, seeded and mulched in late 2004. Ground
conditions were dry and the weather was hot and overcast.
Revegetation
The reclaimed area is unchanged since the last inspection. Persistent moisture has resulted
in good growing conditions this year so far. No noxious weeds were observed and cattle
were not noted on or around the reclaimed area.
Overall, the site was found in good condition for the summer season.
