At Outfall MON] and groundwater <br />MW 050A, 050B, 050C and 050D, the monitoring frequency for mercury is reduced to quarterly due to monitoring by <br />low-level mercury analytical detection methods. <br />C. Reporting <br />1. Discharge Monitoring Report - The New Elk Mine facility must submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) on a <br />quarterly basis to the Division. These reports should contain the required summarization of the test results for <br />parameters shown in Tables V1-10 to VI-16 and Part I.B.1 of the permit. See the permit, Part I.E.1. for details on such <br />submission. <br />2. Special Reports - Special reports are required in the event of a spill, bypass, or other noncompliance. Please refer to <br />Part II.A. of the permit for reporting requirements. As above, submittal of these reports to the US Environmental <br />Protection Agency Region VIII is no longer required. <br />D. Additional Terms and Conditions <br />1. Signatory and Certification Requirements - Signatory and certification requirements for reports and submittals are <br />discussed in Part I.E.6. of the permit. <br />• 2.
