Lupton, CO 80621 <br />RE: Postponement of Formal Public Hearing; NCCI Pit #l; DRMS File No. M-2001-107 <br />Dear Mr. Zadel, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is postponing the hearing <br />for consideration of a possible violation for the NCCI Pit #1 site. <br />The previously scheduled hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, on <br />August 12 & 13, 2009 has been scheduled for September 10, 2009. <br />The hearing will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning at <br />9:00 a.m. on September 10th or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. At that <br />hearing you will have the opportunity to be represented and heard.
