<br />Newspaper advertisement and proof of publication will be incorporated into this permit application not sooner than
<br />four weeks and not later than eight weeks after submittal of this application. A copy of the newspaper advertisement

<br />Within this permit submission, EC seeks approval to conduct coal mining and reclamation operations on and under
<br />lands within the Permit Area described below.
