Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Last Chance Mine, File No. M-2008-012, Amendment (AM-01) 112d(1), Designated Mining <br />Operation Application, Decision Date Extension. ,/ <br />Dear Mr. Carter: <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) received Nuvemco's amendment / conversion to the <br />application of the above referenced 110(2) application on April 13, 2009. Per Rule 1.8.1(3) the new decision <br />date for this application was set for September 15, 2009. Nuvemco has requested that the decision date be <br />extended to February 1, 2010 due to unforeseen economic circumstances. DRMS accepts the request with the <br />understanding that should conditions improve prior to that date Nuvemco will be submitting updated <br />information with a request to proceed with the review. <br />Please be aware that per Rule 1.4.1(9) the application process must be completed within 365 days of being <br />called complete or it shall be scheduled for a review by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The 365 day limit <br />is April 15, 2010.
