(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-2009-038 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 7/29/2009 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS THM <br />This inspection was conducted as part of the normal monitoring program established by the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Uric Gravel Pit is currently under technical review and the inspection was to <br />observe the conditions at the site prior to the operation commencing. The Uri e Gravel Pit is located approximately <br />1 mile northeast of Rangely, Colorado. The Uric Gravel Pit is a 30.48 acre, 1 I2c proposed operation.
