The small fenced area (red box) within the yellow shading in Figure 1 is not
part of the CSU revegetation studies. Removing this fence and disturbing that site will not
interfere with our studies. Areas of our ongoing studies are shown in Figure 2 for your
reference. These areas correspond with the two larger red boxes in Figure 1, all of which are
outside of your proposed activity areas. The CSU plots are all indicated at the site by fences
bearing green and white CSU study area signs.
Your activities proposed off the Northeast and Southwest corners of the study site should
not conflict with any of the CSU studies so long as surface disturbances are confined to those
areas indicated by yellow shading in Figure 1.
Thank you for your continued efforts to coordinate your activities with our research
needs. We look forward to continued coordination as you move forward with your plans.
Sincerely,
Digitally signed by Ma kPasd"
DN:-Mark Paschke,o Col=do
Sian University, ou=F-
Rangeland and Watershed
Stewardship,
m I?MadcPaschke@wlm=v du
ecd15
Date: 2009.072914:49:44 -06'00'
Mark W.
