The landowners <br /> expressed some concerns about the appropriateness of the reference area for comparison <br /> to the reclaimed area. This issue has been recently discussed with vegetation consultants <br /> employed by EFCI and the Division. Since this issue has been previously identified, the <br /> Division will investigate the specifics concerning this issue outside the context of the <br /> inspection process.
